COACHING SKILLS PROGRAM

“The price must be paid and the process followed. You always reap what you sow; there is no shortcut.”

Stephen R. Covey

The idea of coaching has been most prevalent in the sports industry. Over the last few decades, it has become increasingly popular in the corporate world, because the benefits are numerous — to the individual being coached, the coach as well as the organisation.

Every high performing organisation will have some form of coaching and development as part of their Leadership Competency Model, explicitly telling leaders that they are expected to coach and grow talent in the organisation. Raising organisational capability is a competitive edge.

However, not all leaders believe in coaching. Even those who do believe in its benefits, do not necessarily do it well. Harvard Business Review (HBR) published an article entitled “People Who Think They’re Great Coaches Often Aren’t”. The title is self-explanatory.

The Coaching Skills Program is an 18-week blended program, combining face-to-face workshops, online coaching sessions as well as virtual individual and team work that has to be implemented in the work place. The virtual program is 22 weeks long.

The entire program is designed based on Accelerated Learning (AL) methodology. It is facilitated and supported by accredited coaches.

Any participant of the program will benefit from the strategies and toolkit learned during the program with the support mechanisms in place.

Each person holds so much power within themselves that needs to be let out. Sometimes, they just need a little nudge, a little direction, a little support, a little coaching, and the greatest things can happen.
