PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS PROGRAM

Most of use find ourselves caught up in the busy-ness of our lives which refrain us from mastering the art of reflection to gain insights, with which we can plan and implement much more effective, productive and satisfying lives.
So this program helps participants to raise their level of self-awareness — what is important and meaningful to them. They then follow a process to ensure that they can achieve their personal and organisational goals via effective scheduling of their time, energy and resources.
They will learn concepts and be equipped with toolkits they can immediately use to raise their effectiveness.
They leave the program with clear personal action plans to manage themselves. They have some basic skills in engaging others to produce win-win results.
The Personal Effectiveness Program is a 11-week blended program, combining face-to-face workshops, online coaching sessions as well as virtual individual and team work that has to be implemented in the work place. The virtual program is 14 weeks long.
The entire program is designed based on Accelerated Learning (AL) methodology. It is facilitated and supported by experienced faculty members.
Any participant of the program will benefit from the strategies and toolkit learned during the program with the support mechanisms in place.
