Methodology
All our Programs are DESIGNED using Accelerated Learning (AL) Methodology.
ACCELERATED LEARNING IN SUMMARY
So AL requires an integrated approach using research that comes out from all sorts of disciplines, not just instructional design (as some novice learning practitioners believe). Practitioners who use AL to design their interventions for organisations are able to accelerate the learning (and productive capacity) of their clients and participants.
A lot has been discovered about how the human brain works in the last 20 – 30 years. In fact, what has been recently discovered during that period is more than all that was learnt in the period before that. AL uses the research to enhance the way learning is done. It is a holistic approach to designing learning interventions. It does this by actively involving the whole person, using physical activity, creativity, music, images, color, and other methods designed to get people deeply involved in their own learning.
